Tech Mission to Berlin 2026 — Female Entrepreneurship in IT & AI
The program is open exclusively to women in C-level positions at Ukrainian IT/AI companies. Applicants must confirm their eligibility at the time of application. The organising team reserves the right to verify eligibility and to reject applications that do not meet the criteria.
Applications are reviewed by a joint committee of GIZ Ukraine and Kyiv IT Cluster after the application deadline of 25 September 2026. Selection is at the sole discretion of the organising committee. The committee's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding unsuccessful applications. Results are announced by 5 October 2026.
The program covers:
Participants pay independently for: international travel to and from Berlin, visa fees, travel and health insurance, meals outside of program events, and personal expenses.
Selected participants are expected to attend the full program from 17 to 21 November 2026, participate actively in all scheduled activities, and conduct themselves professionally throughout. Participants must arrive in Berlin on 17 November and depart on 21 November 2026.
If a selected participant is unable to attend, they must notify the organising team at least 14 days before the program start. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in exclusion from future GIZ and Kyiv IT Cluster programs. The organisers reserve the right to cancel or modify the program due to unforeseen circumstances.
GIZ and Kyiv IT Cluster are not liable for travel risks, personal injury, loss or damage to personal belongings, or any business outcomes resulting from participation in the program. Participants are responsible for their own travel and health insurance. The organisers do not guarantee specific business results, partnerships, or investments.

Participants who consent to media use (via the optional checkbox in the application form) agree to being photographed and filmed during the program, and to the use of these materials for promotional purposes by GIZ and Kyiv IT Cluster. Participants who do not consent will not be featured in promotional materials.
The organisers reserve the right to update these terms. Participants will be notified of any material changes before the program begins.
